Welcome to the website of Cindy Ellen Evidential Medium. By visiting this website, submitting a form, booking a session, or participating in any service offered, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

These terms are designed to be clear, respectful, and supportive, while also outlining important boundaries that protect both the client and the practitioner.

1. Services Offered

Cindy Ellen Evidential Medium offers the following services:

  • Evidential Mediumship sessions

  • Card readings (tarot and/or oracle cards)

  • Numerology sessions

Services may be offered in person or online via Zoom, depending on the session and client preference.

Please note:
Card readings and numerology sessions do not include mediumship. Clients are responsible for booking the service that best matches what they are seeking.

2. Booking Process

To request a session, clients complete a brief online form indicating the desired service.

After the form is submitted:

  • The request is received by Cindy Ellen’s office.

  • An office assistant will contact the client by email with available dates and times.

  • Once a session time is confirmed, payment instructions will be provided.

A session is not considered booked until payment has been received.

3. Payment Policy

Accepted payment methods include:

  • PayPal

  • Venmo

  • Credit card

Payment is required prior to the session. Once payment is received:

  • The session is confirmed.

  • For online sessions, a Zoom link will be provided.

  • The session recording will be released following the session.

4. Session Recordings

All online sessions are recorded via Zoom for the client’s personal use.

  • A recording link will be sent to the client’s email after the session.

  • Recordings are intended for the client only and may not be shared, published, or distributed without permission.

5. Refunds and Rescheduling

All sales are final. Refunds are not offered.

If a client needs to change their appointment:

  • Rescheduling is offered and handled with ease and understanding.

  • Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

6. Nature of Services & Disclaimer

All services offered by Cindy Ellen Evidential Medium are provided for personal insight, reflection, and spiritual exploration.

Services:

  • Are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice

  • Do not guarantee specific outcomes

  • Are based on intuitive and spiritual practices

Clients are encouraged to use their own judgment and personal responsibility when making life decisions.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when booking

  • Booking the correct service for their needs

  • Understanding the scope and limitations of the service they are receiving

Connections with spirit are not guaranteed and should not be expected outside of a booked mediumship session.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information, session content, and communications are treated with care and confidentiality. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on how personal information is handled.

9. Website Use

By using this website, you agree:

  • Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the site

  • Not to copy or reproduce content without permission

  • To engage respectfully and lawfully
